ProdLinc's Terms of Service
These Terms are written to operate under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are ProdLinc's real, current Terms of Service, not placeholder text, though we recommend independent legal review before relying on them for a commercial launch.
Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, browsing, or using any part of ProdLinc (the "Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use ProdLinc.
What ProdLinc Is
ProdLinc is an online marketplace that connects independent Sellers offering digital products, online courses, and digital kits with Buyers, and connects Promoters who earn a commission by referring Buyers to products. ProdLinc acts as an intermediary platform and payment facilitator; it is not the manufacturer, author, or publisher of the products listed by Sellers, and does not take ownership of a Seller's content at any point.
Account Types, One Email and Multiple Roles
ProdLinc supports three account roles: Buyer, Seller, and Promoter. A single email address may hold any combination of these roles at the same time, each with its own dashboard, obligations, and terms below. Activating a Seller or Promoter role does not remove or replace your Buyer account; when you log in, you may choose which dashboard to continue to.
Registration and Account Security
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@enubb.com if you suspect unauthorized access. ProdLinc uses automated verification, including bot-detection checks, during sign-up to protect the integrity of the Platform.
Seller Terms
Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and intellectual property ownership of every product they list. Every listing is reviewed by ProdLinc before it becomes visible to Buyers, and ProdLinc may reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable Saudi law at its discretion. Sellers must hold all rights necessary to sell the content they upload and must not list content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights. ProdLinc deducts an agreed commission from each completed sale before remitting the remaining proceeds to the Seller. Any Zakat, VAT, or income-tax obligations on a Seller's earnings remain the Seller's own responsibility under the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
Promoter Terms
Promoters earn commission in two ways. First, by sharing a unique tracked link to products a Seller has explicitly marked as promotable: when a Buyer arrives through that link and buys the product within 30 days, the Promoter earns the percentage the Seller set for it (at most 50% of the price paid before VAT), out of the Seller's share. Second, by inviting new Sellers through their personal sign-up link: for 3 months after an invited Seller opens their store, the Promoter earns 5% of that Seller's sales before VAT, paid out of ProdLinc's commission, so the Seller's earnings are unchanged. Commissions become payable 7 days after the sale, are sent to the bank account saved in the Promoter's settings once they reach 50 SAR, and are paid only to Promoters ProdLinc has verified. If a sale is refunded, its commission is cancelled; a commission already paid out is deducted from future earnings. Self-referral, purchasing through your own promoter link, inviting your own store, artificially inflating clicks, or using misleading advertising to generate referrals is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and account suspension.
Buyer Terms and Digital Purchases
All products sold on ProdLinc are digital and delivered electronically; nothing is physically shipped. Upon successful payment, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the product for personal, or where explicitly stated, commercial purposes, according to the license terms set by the Seller. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, purchases are generally final. In accordance with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, a refund or exchange may still be requested where a product is materially defective, undelivered, or misrepresented, by contacting the Seller or ProdLinc support at support@enubb.com within a reasonable time of purchase.
Payments and Fees
Payments are processed through our licensed third-party payment provider (currently Moyasar), which handles card data directly; ProdLinc does not store your full payment card details. Prices are displayed in your selected currency for convenience, while settlement with Sellers occurs in Saudi Riyal (SAR) or the currency configured for their account. ProdLinc's commission, and any applicable payment-processing fees, are disclosed to Sellers before a listing goes live.
Intellectual Property
Sellers retain all ownership rights in the content they upload. By listing a product, a Seller grants ProdLinc a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce thumbnails and previews of, and market that product on the Platform. All ProdLinc trademarks, logos, and platform software remain the exclusive property of ProdLinc. If you believe content on ProdLinc infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with details of the work and the alleged infringement, and we will investigate and, where warranted, remove the content.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use ProdLinc to upload, sell, promote, or distribute content that is unlawful under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including content that violates the Anti-Cyber Crime Law, infringes intellectual property rights, is fraudulent or deceptive, or is obscene, defamatory, or otherwise offensive. Scraping the Platform, attempting to bypass security or access controls, creating multiple accounts to evade suspension, or manipulating reviews, ratings, or promoter links is also prohibited.
Suspension and Termination
ProdLinc may warn, suspend, or permanently close any account, or remove any listing, that violates these Terms, at its sole discretion and, where circumstances allow, with notice explaining the reason. You may delete your own account at any time from Settings. Records of orders, payments and payouts are kept after deletion for 10 years, as Saudi commercial and tax record-keeping rules require.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
ProdLinc provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and does not guarantee that listings are error-free or that the Platform will be uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted under Saudi law, ProdLinc's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to ProdLinc in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Saudi consumer-protection law.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ProdLinc that cannot be resolved amicably through our support team will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without prejudice to any right you have to file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce or another competent regulator.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in applicable law. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date, and material changes will be highlighted at your next login. Continued use of ProdLinc after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
