Wishlist and following sellers
Two ways to keep track of things without committing to buy yet.
The heart icon on any product saves it to your Wishlist, a running list you can come back to from your account menu, useful for comparing a few options before deciding.
Following a seller from their storefront is a separate, lighter commitment: it doesn't add anything to your wishlist, it just means you can find your followed sellers again quickly from your Following page.
Neither one notifies the seller or costs you anything. They're both purely for your own organization.
